I got my extensions and, not gonna lie, I was a little suspicious at first about whether the color would actually match. It’s close to my hair though. In daylight it’s not a perfect match, but it still blends well enough that I can make it work.

I ended up having to return one item because it really wasn’t what I thought I was getting, which was disappointing. I emailed customer service and they did reply the next day, so that part wasn’t terrible, but I still wish the item had matched my expectations better in the first place.

The actual return process was simple enough, but the refund took a few days to show up, and I kept checking because I don’t love waiting around for my money to come back. They helped and it didn’t turn into a huge problem, but overall it wasn’t exactly a great experience either.

It was really easy to put on, which I appreciated. Styling it took a bit of messing around, but nothing too difficult. Overall, okay once I got it how I wanted

I gave it 2 stars because the hair looked decent when I first took it out, but the softness just wasn’t there. It already felt a little dry straight out of the pack, and after a few days it got even rougher. I had planned to use it for a specific style for the weekend, so that was really annoying because it kind of messed up my plans. For the price, I expected better quality. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I was disappointed.

The delivery was a little late, which isn’t ideal for me since I usually expect things to arrive on time. That said, it did show up in good condition, so overall it was okay.

I’ve been wearing it for weeks now, and shockingly, it hasn’t fallen apart. It barely sheds and still feels strong, which is apparently too much to ask from some things these days

I ordered from lustlocks.com and, umm, I was a little nervous about how it would fit, but it ended up sitting really nicely right away.
It stayed comfortable even after I wore it for a few hours. It wasn’t too tight or itchy like some others I’ve tried, and it didn’t keep slipping around either.
